Crunchy Old Bay Chickpeas

A super easy, tasty, and crunchy snack.

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas drained, rinsed and dried well with a clean kitchen towel.
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning plus more to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In a medium mixing bowl combine chickpeas and oil and toss to coat the chickpeas in the oil.
  2. Add Old Bay and toss again to coat in the spice blend.
  3. Spread the chickpeas out on a baking tray and pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes, rotating and shaking the tray at the 20 minute minute mark to make sure they cook evenly. Let cool on the tray and serve.
