1. I like to do an activating, cathartic breathwork practice when I’m ruminating, overthinking or anxious.

2. Good convos look like mutual vulnerability, sharing of different points of view, and support without judgment.

3. Morning dopamine fasting can be simple: no phone, podcasts, or coffee within the first hour of waking up.

4. Stream of consciousness writing: set a timer for 10 minutes and write without censorship everything on your mind.

5. Mirror magic can look like anything from sending myself kindness in the mirror, to EFT tapping while looking in the mirror, to picturing my aura in the mirror.

6. My evening calming rituals involve putting my phone on airplane mode, stepping outside for a deep breath and a look at the sky, tea, and skin care.
