Gemini Season Tarotscopes are here, with a tarot card for each zodiac sign highlighting what your self-care and growth opportunities are from May 20-June 20, 2021. Read for your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs for the full picture.

Gemini Season is alive with ideas, good conversations, and making connections. This mutable air sign graces us with a season of adaptability, tuned in communication, and liveliness. It’s a time to follow your curiosity, share what you’re learning about, and use your voice.

This 2021 Gemini Season also hosts a Mercury Retrograde (in the sign of Gemini) and Eclipse Season, starting with a Total Full Moon Eclipse on May 26 and a Solar Eclipse at the New Moon on June 10.

So while Sun and Mercury in Gemini love to talk and write, the chaotic energy of eclipses can have us feeling the urge to run our mouths. We might want to remember to take a few deep breaths (or sleep on it) before we do.

There’s a lot going on in the Cosmos this month, so hang on tight and focus on what truths are revealing themselves, what changes are taking hold, and what you’re feeling curious about.

Eclipses can bring a shaky ground and sweeping changes. Come back to the practices and routines that can cool you down, balance you out, and help you feel supported.

Gemini Season Tarotscopes

What’s a Tarotscope?

It’s like a horoscope, but instead of interpreting planetary movements, I pull a card for each zodiac sign and share the themes and questions coming up at this time.

You can read the cards for your Sun, Rising, and Moon signs — in fact, I recommend it. If you don’t know your Sun (that’s the sign you’d typically read your horoscope for), Moon, and/or Rising/Ascendant (ASC) signs, get your birth time and city, if possible, and plug it in over here.

In case you missed it, you can check out your Taurus Season 2021 Tarotscope here. Or book an in-depth tarot reading or tarot tutoring session with me.

Here are your cards for Gemini Season:

Aries – 3 of Wands Rx*

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Aries

You might be feeling confused about what your next move should be. This is a liminal space in between accomplishment and starting your next adventure, but this card urges you not to rush. And honestly, you should ride the wave of eclipse season before you make any big calls. Instead, ground yourself in your connections and the things that light you TF up. While taking time to visualize what you want your future to look and feel like is a great exercise, this is asking you to do the things that feel good to you before rushing into a plan. It’s in this relaxed state of enjoyment that you’ll stumble upon new ideas and aligned visions for the future.

Taurus – 6 of Wands

Gemini Season Tarotscopes Taurus

Success is absolutely possible here. But it’s important to create your own definition of success before you go stiving, pushing, and rushing toward it. If you use your precious energy pursuing someone else’s (or society’s) surface-level version of success, you might get it, but you won’t be any happier than when you started. Create a picture with all your senses of what success looks like and feels like to you. You may have the same end goal, but the way you go about it will be drastically different. The positive energy that comes from enjoying the experience along the way will keep you sustained.

Gemini – 7 of Cups Rx*

Clarity is getting closer. No doubt with the Sun and eclipse season happening in your sign, you’re going to feel some things shaking out and shifting. Likely the right answer is something that you didn’t even know was on your menu of options. You can’t rush clarity or into making a final call here, but you can feel into your options as they present themselves to you. Listening to your heart and gut is going to be the thing that helps you sift out the gold from the shiny rocks.

Cancer – The Hermit Rx*

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Cancer

It’s time to take what you’ve been mulling over and put it into action. A time of acting on your intuitive hits and inner guidance out in the world. While the Hermit upright brings us inward for guidance, urging us to shut out unnecessary influences, the reversal we see here is urging you to bring your inner experience outward. Rather than avoiding responsibility with trite activities or navel gazing, it’s time to move forward grounded in what you know to be true. Take steps, make a plan, keep checking in with your intuition at every turn.

Leo – The Sun

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Leo

Let your bright light shine, Leo. Your ruling planet’s card is up this month and reminding you to show up as your true self, letting your optimism and love of life radiate through. It’s a time of rebirth, looking at the world differently — in a more open way. A period of positive energy begetting positive energy. The important lesson of this card is that good times are allowed to be good, they don’t mean that the rug will be pulled out from underneath you (even if past experiences have led you to believe that). Don’t let fear take away from the positive experiences you genuinely deserve.

Virgo – 10 of Cups

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Virgo

Get present with the good stuff that’s right in front of you. Sure, you can make a gratitude list or do a rampage of appreciation — great practices for remembering all the blessings (big and small) already in your orbit. But this is more of a call to feel it in this very moment rather than making a #blessed display of it. How do you savor and prolong feelings of fulfillment, peace, and contentment? (We’re often way better at prolonging periods of suffering.) This is a reminder that nothing will ever be “perfect”, but it can be pretty special and magical in a way that’s much better than perfect could ever be. Make sure you’re there for it while it happens.

Libra – The Star Rx*

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Libra

Can you make time and space for regeneration, rest, and restoration this season? There’s so much that wants to come through you — creatively and spiritually — but you must first make space to receive it. And I’m not talking about physical space (although that can help). We can help our energetic and nervous systems cleanse and reset with care, nourishment, and a slower pace. Find small ways to integrate this, even in busy-minded Gemini Season and you’ll be able to sink into this curative energy and reap the benefits.

Scorpio – Judgement

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Scorpio

Important change is calling. Maybe even pushing (helloooo eclipse season). Look to the other cards for your Sun, Moon, or Rising this month to see the flavor of these changes. The key with Judgement is recognizing that the change that is already underway. It’s saying yes to the change and leaving behind the muggle-level operating system in favor of a bigger way of living. There’s an opportunity to step into one of your purposes in a big way, but we must first choose to shift our perception and accept the call.

Sagittarius – Ace of Pentacles

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Sagittarius

This Gemini and eclipse season is offering you a golden nugget of opportunity. This opportunity is tied to your sense of abundance, satisfaction, and overall wellbeing. It’s on you to both accept the invitation and put in the work required to make the most of it. Work isn’t a dirty (or exhausting) word when done in alignment with what you value and desire. Be aware of the opportunities showing up for you and how you want to feel if you accept them. A chance for new beginnings and beneficial commitments.

Capricorn – The Chariot

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Capricorn

Are you ready for the next uplevel, Capricorn? Before that happens, the Chariot wants you to consider what you might want to leave behind so you can move ahead in a more streamlined way. There are certain things — especially those things that may look really good from the outside — that are keeping you less adaptable and nimble. If you want to keep the flashy and/or comfort-zone stuff, that’s ok, just be aware that you won’t move as fast or as far. This is an invitation to appeal to your intuition for guidance on what needs to be shed for this next level. It will ultimately feel more freeing than sacrificial.

Aquarius – King of Swords Rx*

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Aquarius

The words, ideas, truth, and messages that are on your heart want to be expressed and shared, but there’s something hindering your voice. This Gemini season, find outlets to communicate and flesh your ideas out. Use the Mercury Retrograde in Gemini to examine what stories are deep within. The experience of sharing your truth has the potential to be a healing experience both for you and for others. Keep in mind that your expression doesn’t have to be shared publicly to have an impact. You using your voice in a safe environment will create a ripple effect just as powerful as going viral with it.

Pisces – 9 of Swords

Gemini Season Tarotscopes for Pisces

What’s keeping you up at night, Pisces? Are there feelings of regret, shame, or sadness that are weighing on you? This isn’t an easy energy to move through, but it can be a catalyst for change. The major medicine that this card carries is a reminder that you can face your fears. Instead of giving these themes, past experiences, or old stories the power of the boogie man, you have the power to turn on the light. You’re strong enough. Seek the support and connections that will help you through this and remind you that you’re not alone. Sunlight is the best bleach, especially for our shame and regrets.

*If you’re wondering what Rx means: Rx means reversal (or an upside down card). I love reversed cards because they bring a different flavor to the meaning. I read them as something to dive deeper with, a more internal facing energy — kind of like a retrograde planet. The nuanced meanings are reflected in my interpretations/write ups about the card.
