So, why are we here?
I want to simplify and demystify this whole wellness business and make it something we can all get down with.
I’ve found that good health shouldn’t feel like a chore, it should be something you do out of love for your body and mind — it should feel good.
The key is being nice to yourself.
I am by no means perfect at this, but I’ve improved a hell of a lot over the course of a couple of years.
The Nourish Exchange is a space to share the things that make me (and hopefully you) feel good.
Whether that means planning a trip, making a kickass chocolate chip cookie, or just spending some time in nature — let’s talk about all those little things that make a big difference.
